There will be three classes that meet each week. A class for 6th to 8th grade, 9th to 11th grade, and one for seniors and those preparing for a mission.

How long is each class?

Each class will be 60-75 minutes.

Do I have to participate?

We encourage you to participate but it is not required. We just want you to
come to learn more about these wonderful emotional resilience tools.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely.

Does my friend have to be a member of the stake or a member of the church?

All are invited.
Anybody who attends middle or high school may attend the class. They do not need to be a member of
the Lehi West Stake or even a member of the church. Please have your friend complete the permission

Can I share what I learn with my family?

Absolutely! We encourage you to share what you learn, your
thoughts and feelings with your family and loved ones. However, please respect the privacy of others in
the group who share their personal experiences. We ask that you keep that information, experiences of
others, confidential. Each group should be a safe place for you and others to express your feelings, your
concerns, and your struggles.
