Services Programs provide assistance to victims, or those under threat, of crimes including domestic violence, stalking, crimes against children, harassment, and sexual assault. Victim advocates work with individuals over the phone and in person, before or after a crime. Don’t wait until there is a crime to get help.

• Free services- provided to victims include assistance throughout the criminal justice system, moral support, assistance in writing and filing protective and stalking orders, information on safety issues, education on domestic violence, referrals for long-term counseling and reparations filings.
• Crime Victims Reparations is a State fund to help victims with needs such as medical, dental, relocation, burial expenses after a homicide, counseling, child care, rekeying and replacing of windows, doors and locks.
• Housing Stability is a program to help victims find safety. Emergency monies can be used to help with shelter, food, gas, and transportation.
